The deadline for submitting cases has been reached.

We are very grateful for the unexpectedly larger number of cases than we anticipated, and for the overall very high quality.

The review board therefore decided that besides the 6 cases chosen to be presented at the BEST CASE SESSION to add a CASE POSTER SESSION to the program. For that we have invited all other submitters to prepare their cases as posters.
