Letter of invitation
Participants, who need a letter of invitation in order to make their arrangements to participate in the Congress may receive a letter via the Administrative office. A letter of invitation can only be issued after registration for the meeting.

How to reach the Palazzo dei Congressi

The Palazzo dei Congressi is only five minutes walking distance from the central railway station of Santa Maria Novella and 1 km from the Duomo, and is also easily accessible by public transportation, by bus or by the modern and newly opened tramway. Moreover, its only 5 km from the Amerigo Vespucci international airport.

Parking
Only inhabitants of Florence are allowed to park with their cars in the city center. Participants who will arrive with cars are advised to park outside the city center or use parking garages which offer special prices for long term parking.
