Italian Regulations for Pharmaceutical Companies Pharmaceutical Companies producing drugs who want to participate as sponsors or exhibitors are required to register with the Italian Ministry of Health. This registration has to be made no later than 70 days prior to the event. Pharmaceutical Companies producing devices or software are not required to register. Please note that the Working Group or Medconvent are not involved in the registration procedure, the responsibility lies solely with the pharmaceutical companies.
